Soaltee Hotel donates Rs7.5 million to Kathmandu Institute of Child Health

KATHMANDU, March 02:Soaltee Hotel donated 7.5 million rupees to Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH), a children's hospital.

The hotel has provided financial assistance in the construction of the physical infrastructure for the specialist children's hospital in Kathmandu and the children's hospital in Damak, Jhapa. According to the hotel, 7.5 million rupees have been provided through corporate social responsibility.

Dinesh Bahadur Bista, the hotel's executive chairman, handed over the assistance check to Dr. Bhagwan Koirala, the founding president of the Kathmandu Institute of Child Health.

President Bista stated in a press statement by the hotel that it is a source of pride for the hotel to support the hospital, which will be established to make the treatment of difficult and critical diseases in children easier and more accessible.
