Siddharth Cable Car will be operation from June

BUTWAL, May 05:Siddharth cable car is being constructed at a cost of 1.33 billion rupees in Butwal of Rupandehi district. The cable car, which is being constructed alongside other facilities such as a restaurant, has completed 90 percent of its construction.

The cable car, registered in 2011 AD and now under construction, turned into a public company in May 2023. As the project nears completion, it is expected to open for business in June of this year.

So far, the project building, restaurant, souvenir shop, and other infrastructure projects have been finished.

The cable car company, which is being built entirely on Rajendrasinh Gurung's money, has received a 75 crore rupee rating for short- and long-term loans. The company has assigned a rating of Rs 53 crore for long-term loans and Rs 22 crore for short-term loans.

Tourist arrivals are projected to increase once the cable car is operational. The cable car's top and lower stations will be located on Nuwakot Hill and Deurali Hill, respectively.
