Arun Kabeli Power held its 13th AGM

KATHMANDU:The thirteenth annual general meeting of Arun Kabeli Power Limited has concluded. It was chaired by company president Ramesh Prasad Neupane and took held at Naya Baneshwor in Kathmandu.

In addition to addressing the board of directors' report for the fiscal year 2022/2023, the general meeting approved the financial statements and the audit report, selected the auditor, and decided about his remuneration.

The company now has a paid-up capital of 3.71 billion 4.21 thousand rupees. Arun Kabeli Power Limited Company has been supplying energy to the national grid since October 3, 2019, using water from the Kabeli River, which flows between the Panchthar and Taplejung districts of Koshi Province.
