5th AGM of Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha concluded

KATHMANDU:The fifth annual general meeting of Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has concluded. The general meeting convened in Kohalpur on Tuesday unanimously approved the board of directors' report, the audit report for fiscal year 2079/80, and the proposals for the appointment of the auditor for fiscal year 080/81.

The Assembly has authorized the board of directors to merger and acquisition with any appropriate Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha in the future.

Similarly, Jageshwar Prasad Chaudhary of Kohalpur Banke was unanimously elected by the general shareholders to the board of directors. Currently, the paid-up capital of Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is 148.5 million 75 thousand rupees.
