National Life's Employee Skill Enhancement Workshop

KATHMANDU:National Life Insurance Company Limited concluded a three-day 'Employee Skill Enhancement Workshop' under the slogan 'Excel and Elevate'. To improve the effectiveness of the company's administrative staff, a program was organized in Chitwan to train them on the professional goals and strategies defined for the following year after taking into account several current areas of the life insurance business.

According to reports, about 200 department heads and administrative workers took part in the program. Inaugurating the program, Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri stated that in today's increasingly competitive and complex insurance industry, the company should achieve its professional goals through efficiency, diligence, and mutual coordination, propelling it to the forefront of the insurance market. He stated that because the administrative staff serves the same purpose as the marketing department, everyone should accept their obligations and do their best. He guaranteed that skilled staff will provide the greatest results.

Mannsi Agrawal, a motivational speaker, is believed to have trained the participating staff in motivational and skill development techniques. Hridayeshwar Pandit, Head of the Far Western Region of the Nepal Insurance Authority, cautioned attendees to be aware that wealth laundering can be carried out under a variety of guises utilizing insurance as a vehicle. 

Employees Suraksha Singh, Chudamani Gautam, and Khagendra Shrestha received cash rewards for placing first, second, and third, respectively, in an assessment to assess their efficiency.
