Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank held its 17th AGM

KATHMANDU:Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited's 17th Annual General Meeting has concluded.

The annual financial statement, balance sheet, profit and loss account, and auditor's report for the fiscal year 2022/23 were approved during a general meeting held in Naxal, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of Sudeep Acharya, chairman of the bank's board of directors. The assembly unanimously approved the financial statement schedules for the same year, including cash flow statements and profit and loss distribution accounts.

The General Assembly has passed a resolution appointing BRS Neupane & Company, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the year 2023/024, as proposed by the Bank's Audit Committee.

Responding to shareholder questions, Dinesh Thakali, the bank's chief executive officer, stated that the program was carried out to achieve the goals set according to the approved budget and program for the current fiscal year, and that the bank will achieve the goals as per the shareholders' expectations in the current year.
