Saakha Group and Bor Group to construct a resort in Kapilvastu with an investment of 2 billion

KATHMANDU, April 30:Bor Group of Hong Kong will invest 2 billion rupees in Nepal's hospitality sector.

At the third Nepal Investment Summit, the Nepali business group Saakha Group and the Hong Kong business group Bor Group struck an agreement to build a hotel.

Bower Group of Hotels China will build the hotel in partnership with the Saakha Group. Saakha in Gorusinge, Kapilvastu: A hotel will be developed on the group's 22 bigha land.

The agreement was signed by Kiran Saakha, chairman of Saakha and Company, and Li Ping, chairman of the Unferman Group, in front of Finance Minister Barshman Pun. Sushil Bhatt, chairman of the Nepal Investment Board, was also present during the signing ceremony.

It is said that the rate per room of this hotel will be 3,000 to 5,000 RMB. The hotel will contain approximately 70 rooms.

Bor Group operates hotels in Japan, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and China.
