Among the esteemed nominees for this year’s award is Som Nath Sapkota, a passionate advocate for social welfare and a key figure in Nepal’s tourism sector. Over the years, he has actively worked with various national and international organizations, leading initiatives that support communities, empower youth, and preserve Nepal’s rich heritage.

He has worked tirelessly to protect their rights, provide emergency assistance, and support Nepali prisoners in foreign countries. His role as Chair of the Foreign Employment Fund of NRNA ICC has allowed him to create programs that help Nepalese workers facing hardships overseas.

His relentless dedication has helped families rebuild, children return to school, and communities find hope again.

Promoting Nepal’s Beauty on the Global Stage
