KATHMANDU:Sun Nepal Life has held a nationwide AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism) orientation training for its insurance agents and branch managers.
The program was held on January 31 at Amritbhog Catering in Kathmandu, and over 200 agents and branch managers attended. Raj Kumar Aryal, CEO of Sun Nepal Life, spoke during the program about the increasing rivalry in the insurance sector, current industry developments, and corporate ethics.
In addition, he offered critical information on policies aimed at preventing money laundering and terrorist funding, new regulatory measures, and ethical business practices for insurance representatives to follow.
