‘Let's travel around Madhes, let's understand Madhes’ Campaign Enticing Tourists in Pokhara

POKHARA, Jan 30:Pokhara has been promoted Madhes province's tourism, religious, cultural, and food cultures. The 33rd 'Industrial Trade Fair and IT Festival-2081' is being used to introduce Madhes tourists places, according to Bikash Thakur, program coordinator of ‘Let's travel around Madhes, let's understand Madhes’.
"After setting up stalls in this festival, Pokhara residents have expressed their desire to visit Madhes," according to him. "Work is being done to explain the historical and cultural heritage of Madhes, many are excited."
According to him, the ''Let's travel about Madhes, let's understand Madhes'' stall at the Pokhara festival is presenting information about Madhes' religious, cultural, and tourist attractions. Similarly, visitors to the festival are able to taste Rautahat's Katiya and Baramjhiya's Peda.
Uday Sapkota Suren of the Chandrapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry manages the Madhes stand in Pokhara. "It appears that there is a lot of interest in the Madhes, and many people are highlighting the importance of visiting them. "It is a success for us," he stated.
Thakur stated that Mithila's Jhinjhiya and Tharu dances marked the festival's commencement. "Pokhara has given priority to the Madhes. The work done to introduce Madhes since the festival's inauguration has inspired and encouraged folks living in the Himalayan foothills to visit the Madhes plains.
Thakur says that thousands of people have visited the Madhes Provincial Government, Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism's Let's Travel Around Madhes, Let's Understand Madhes stall thus far. Visitors have also received a brochure produced in both Nepali and English.
Places listed include Janaki Temple in Janakpurdham, Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve, Sahlesh Flower Garden, Gadhimai Temple, Parsa National Park, Dhanushadham, and Simraungadh. In addition, full details has been provided regarding locations such as Chinnamasta Bhagwati Temple, Thori, Bhishwadanda, Matihani, Kamaldaha, Chure Shivalik Parbat, and Rajdevi Temple.
