National Life Insurance's Leaders' Night program concludes

KATHMANDU:National Life Insurance Company has hosted a two-night, three-day "Leaders Night with Bhushan Dahal" program for its agents. The program was hosted at Hotel Seven Star in Sauraha, Chitwan.

According to the company, the program was held for the company's agents, and included an interaction with senior journalist Bhushan Dahal, ffor the agents who succeeded in fulfilling the targets under the Agent Monthly Plan conducted in the month of Shrawan.

The program was attended by about 225 senior agents from across the country, including the company's Marketing Department Head Bibek Sharma, Agency Department Head Sushil Pratap Rana, Provincial Chiefs, and Branch Chiefs of various branches who were chosen for the plan based on their excellent business performance.

Dahal, who was part of the program, also provided special leadership training to the agents who participated. He expressed that leaders should always have the guts to answer thousands of questions in order to create a clear plan for the future.
