Uma Shrestha appointed as director of Jyoti Capital

KATHMANDU:Uma Shrestha has been appointed as director of Jyoti Capital. Capital's board of directors met on Monday and appointed Shrestha, the bank's Chief Financial Officer, as a director. Jyoti Bikas Bank recommended shrestha.

Shrestha, who has over 12 years of banking management expertise, has effectively worked at Jyoti Bikas Bank's top management level. Shrestha, a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), holds a master's degree in management from Tribhuvan University.

Capital is confident that newly appointed director Shrestha's years of work experience and professional administrative skills will help Capital expand its business and give the best services possible. This Capital, a subsidiary of Jyoti Bikas Bank, has a paid-up capital of Rs.210 million.
