Manjushree Finance's 17th Agm concluded

KATHMANDU:The 17th Annual General Meeting of Manjushree Finance Limited was conducted in Kathmandu.

The General Meeting approved a proposal to distribute a 6.35 percent cash dividend (including cash dividend tax) for fiscal year 2080/081.

The General Meeting elected three of the company's founder group shareholders and one of the general group without opposition.

The meeting unanimously elected Yadav Adhikari, Ramhari Sharma, and Suman Prasad Adhikari from the founder group shareholders, as well as Satish Gautam from the general group shareholders, for the following four years.

Similarly, the meeting approved a motion to change Section 2 (1) of the Memorandum of Association and Rule 2 of the Articles of Association to relocate the company's registered (central) office to its building. The comapny will relocate its head office from Kathmandu Metropolitan City's Ward No. 10 to its Ward No. 11 building.

By Mangsir, the company had received 21 billion in deposits and disbursed 17.5 billion in loans. The loan company stated to have served over 120,000 consumers across the country with 27 offices and an extended counter.
