Agreement between SCT and HamroPay

KATHMANDU:Smart Choice Technologies Limited (SCT) and HamroPay (Transaction Services Pvt Ltd) reached an agreement to deliver payment services via 'Smart QR'.

Manoj Ghimire, CEO of SCT, and Shishir Pokharel, CEO of HamroPay, signed the agreement on behalf of the company at a program held at Transaction Services Pvt Ltd's office.

According to the agreement, HamroPay customers will be able to load their wallets and make payments to merchants using Smart QR, while company merchants will be able to utilize the Smart QR facility to receive payments via QR.

Although the amount for transactions made via Smart QR will be immediately paid to the merchant's account, it is expected that the debut of this service would make it even easier for Hamro Pay users and merchants to transact.
