Global IME Bank Celebrated 18th Anniversary

KATHMANDU:Global IME Bank Limited has organized various programs on the occasion of its 18th anniversary.

Global IME Bank, established on Poush 18, 2063, entered its 19th year on Thursday. The bank is celebrating its 18th anniversary with a variety of festivities throughout the week.

Addressing a special program organized on Thursday at the bank's corporate office in Kamaladi on the occasion of the anniversary, Global IME Bank and Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) President Chandra Prasad Dhakal said that Global IME Bank will make the bank's services more effective and technology-friendly by prioritizing customer service and satisfaction, keeping in mind the quality improvement of the bank along with mergers and business expansion.

'To meet the needs of today's banking industry, we must make our services digital and technologically advanced. However, in addition to making them digital and technology-friendly, security must be prioritized. The idea is to promote digital technology by making security a minimum prerequisite,' he stated.

He stated that the bank has been successful in establishing itself as superior in most financial metrics during the past 18 years.

He stated that the bank obtained its current position by adhering to the policies of the Government of Nepal and Nepal Rastra Bank, and that the aim can only be realized through hard work and devotion.

Chairman Dhakal praised all employees for their special contribution in creating Global IME Bank an excellent bank, stating that the bank had achieved its current position as a result of their persistent hard work and commitment.

Similarly, the bank's Chief Executive Officer, Surendra Raj Regmi, stated that the bank has progressed by making its services more innovative and customer-friendly, as well as offering prompt services in the contemporary digital age.

Regmi reaffirmed the bank's commitment to providing better quality banking services in the next years, with a focus on client service and happiness.

Honoring 166 employees.

On the occasion of its 18th anniversary, Global IME Bank Limited celebrated 166 workers who had worked for the bank for 15 years.

During a special function prepared by the bank, Chairman Dhakal recognized the employees who have worked with the bank for 15 years.
