Bandipur Rural Municipality started to promote Bandipur Visit Year 2025
KATHMANDU, Dec 18:Bandipur Rural Municipality of Tanahun has begun publicity and promotion efforts to make Bandipur Visit Year 2025 a success. The municipality has initiated a campaign to ensure the success of Bandipur Visit Year while also promoting tourism.
Bandipur Rural Municipality Chairman Surendra Thapa stated that discussions were undertaken to ensure the success of the Visit Year by meeting with various organizations and renowned persons in Kathmandu. He stated that a delegation led by Municipality Chairman Thapa, consisting of Vice Chairman Panchamaya Gurung, Tourism Branch Chief Suraj Bhattarai, Bandipur Visit Year 2025 Coordinator Baish Gurung, Raju Baniya, and others, had arrived in Kathmandu.
Chairman Thapa stated that they met with people at various representatives from organizations, and others in Kathmandu and asked for their assistance in promoting the Visit Year. According to Thapa, various tourism promotion programs will be held throughout the year to promote Bandipur both domestically and internationally. He informed us that Bandipur would be promoted in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini, and other major cities throughout the country.
He stated that the Bhaktapur-style houses, Tundikhel, Thanimai, Tindhara, Raniban, Ramkot, Sunkhari, Khadadevi Temple, Vindhyavasini Temple, Mahalaxmi Temple, Information Center, and other locations are the main attractions for tourists visiting the area.
Bandipur is 18 kilometers from the district headquarters in Damauli and an 8-kilometer uphill journey from Dumre. From here, one may see the natural splendor of the surrounding mountain ranges, hills, and peaks.
Foreign tourists frequently visit Bandipur because it is endowed with natural beauty and may see the Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, and other mountain ranges.
