Bikash Anand appointed as Chairman of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking

KATHMANDU:Bikash Anand has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited. The company's 66th Board of Directors meeting, conducted on Monday, unanimously elected Anand as Chairman.

Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Nepal SBI Bank Limited. The company stated that he would also be in charge of central operations, human resources, credit administration, general services, and legal problems.

He has sworn an oath of confidentiality and honesty under the Companies Act as part of his appointment, according to the comapny.
