Pramesh Raj Kayastha appointed as Company Secretary of Citizens Bank

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank International Limited has appointed Pramesh Raj Kayastha as its Company Secretary. The bank's board of directors met last Friday and resolved to appoint Kayastha as Company Secretary, effective Mangsir 20.

Kayastha has been working in the banking industry for around 14 years. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Citizens Bank.

He specializes in financial management, strategic planning, and securities market-related issues. He also serves as a director of the bank's subsidiary, Citizens Capital Limited.

Citizens Bank is stated to provide services through 197 branch offices, 162 ATMs, three extended counters, and 74 branchless banking units located in 60 districts across the country.
