Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank conducts bhoomi puja for new office building

KATHMANDU:Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank held the Bhoomi Puja ceremony for for the construction of its new office building in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu. Rajesh Upadhyay, chairman of the bank's board of directors, performed the Bhoomi Puja ceremony.

The bank will use the new office facility as a 'digital hub'. The building is planned to be finished in ten months. The bank has also revealed the building's design to the public.

The new structure will include a technologically advanced branch. Along with this, the goal is to provide services to service receivers while making the most use of digital technologies for operational needs.

The bank had recently improved its mobile application for consumers. Currently, the bank's Mahalaxmi Smart Sathi app is operational.
