The Cliff honoured for paying highest tax

KATHMANDU, Nov 26:The Internal Revenue Office of Baglung has honoured The Cliff Pvt. Ltd. as the highest taxpayer.

On National Tax Day 2081, the office honoured taxpayers in the Parbat district who paid the highest income tax in the service/industry category.

Pramod Kumar Srivastav, the office's chief tax officer, handedover the certificate to The Cliff's president Raju Karki during an occasion commemorating Tax Day 2081 this month.

In recent years, the Cliff has helped to establish the Kusma-Baglung area as an adventure hub and popular tourist attraction.

The world's highest swing and the world's second-highest bungee jump are being operated at The Cliff, which was built by connecting Kusma (Parbat) and Balewa (Baglung) over the Kaligandaki River.

Cliff Resort, the world's highest commercial sky cycling, sky cafe, wall climbing, crazy breeze, sky gliding, sky cafe and other activities are in operation within the cliff management.
