More than 7.8 million passengers traveled at TIA in ten months
KATHMANDU, Nov 23:More than 7.8 million passengers have flown through Tribhuvan International Airport in the last ten months. According to the Tribhuvan International Airport office, 7.8 million 65 thousand travelers used flight services between January and October.
This figure is almost 7.5 lakh more than the preceding ten months. According to airport spokesperson Rinji Sherpa, the biggest number of passengers 1 million 27 thousand flew in October.

According to him, 4.1 million 38 thousand people have flown on 28,082 international flights in the last ten months. In October, 508,000 international travelers traveled by plane.
In the first ten months of 2023, 3.7 million 79 thousand people flew internationally from Tribhuvan International Airport.
Similarly, 3.7 million 27 thousand passengers have flown domestically on 84,791 flights landing in 10 months. Last year, 3.3 million 44 thousand people flew domestically over a 10-month period.
In October, 519,000 passengers used the service on domestic flights.
