Casino Mahjong received the prestigious South Asia award for fourth time

KATHMANDU, Nov 21:Casino Mahjong, located in The Soaltee Kathmandu Hotel premises, received the 'Best Casino in South Asia' award for the fourth time. Casino Mahjong received the award during the 19th Annual International Tourism, Travel, and Hospitality Awards, which took place on Friday, November 15th at Hotel The Surya in New Delhi, India.

This award has been given to Casino Mahjong's managing director, Binod Shrestha.

Binod Shrestha, the chairman and managing director of Casino Mahjong, has spent the last 25 years working in the tourism sector.  He has made investments in casinos, hotels, resorts, and travel.  Casino Mahjong owned by him is the number 1 casino in Nepal.

In the same occasion, Casino Mahjong Nepalgunj received the 'Best Casino in Nepal' award. The award has been given to Binod Shrestha, Chairman and Managing Director of Casino Mahjong Nepalganj.

Similarly, at the same ceremony, Niraj Kumar Pradhan, General Manager of Casino Mahjong, Nepalgunj, received the 'Best Casino General Manager in South Asia' award. Last year, in 2023, Amulya Bikram Rana, General Manager of Kathmandu-based Casino Mazong Nepal, was named 'Best Casino General Manager South Asia'.

Casino Majong Nepal was awarded 'Best Casino in South Asia' in 2023, 2022, and 2019, as well as 'Best Casino in Nepal' in 2018, at the 'Hospitality Award' ceremony in New Delhi. In 2023, Casino Mahjong Nepalganj was awarded the 'Best Casino in Nepal'. Casino Mahjong Nepal has achieved this prestigious South Asian-level award.
