Hyatt Regency Kathmandu Kicks Off Festive Season with Grand Cake-Mixing Ceremony
KATHMANDU, Nov 18:Hyatt Regency Kathmandu welcomed the arrival of the joyous season with its annual Cake-Mixing Ceremony on November 8. This year featured a record 24-foot-wide cake-mixing, the largest ever in Kathmandu, and thereby a perfect opportunity for the attendees.
The convocation, representing the bonded nature of people, marked the beginning of the Christmas season and the coming New Year. Guests prepared mixtures of dried fruits, nuts, and spices for the events, showing the real spirit of unity and festivity.
Ambassadors, influencers, bloggers, and known personalities around the city were the gala invitees. A gastronomic showcase by Official Chef Subendu Rai and his team offered scrumptious cuisine from the various restaurants of Hyatt Regency: The Living Room, Rox, and Sesame Restaurant.
"We are thrilled to bring everyone together for this tradition. The holiday season is all about togetherness and celebration, and this year, we wanted to take it a step further by creating an immersive experience with a large cake-mixing table," said Ashish Kumar, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Kathmandu.
The event marks the beginning of the festive season, with Christmas and New Year's celebrations just around the corner, and sets a perfect tone for joyful cheer among the community.
