Buddha Air launches additional flights and reduces night airfares
KATHMANDU, Nov 15:Buddha Air is operating extra flights from Bhadrapur and Pokhara after a period of limited service due to Tribhuvan International Airport upgrades. Buddha Air has started daily flights instead of three flights from Pokhara to Nepalgunj per week.
Similarly, it has added one more flight from Bhadrapur to Pokhara per day.
Buddha Air has cut the costs to many destinations when compared to morning and afternoon flights, making night trips more convenient. The fares have been cut by 500 rupees for Pokhara, 1000 rupees for Bhadrapur and Nepalgunj, and 800 rupees for Janakpur Dham.
International airline flights to Bhairahawa will be more economically viable, which would boost tourism.
Similarly, Buddha Air has provided a 25 kilogram luggage discount to passengers flying to Bhairahawa from Kathmandu or Pokhara on international flights.
