National Life Insurance concluded skill development training

KATHMANDU:National Life Insurance conducted a three-day skill development workshop to improve the administrative capacity of its staff. The Employee Skill Enhancement Workshop held in Bhairahawa aimed to deliver effective service to service recipients, according to company chairperson Prema Rajyalakshmi Singh.

About 250 people, including department heads and administrative staff from across the country, took part in the training, according to chairwoman Singh, who stated that only skilled employees can provide efficient services to service recipients. 

The program recognized the company's top seven employees for their outstanding daily work performance.
