Himalaya Airlines' Kathmandu-Riyadh flight cancelled
KATHMANDU, Nov 12: Himalaya Airlines, which is prepared to fly to Saudi Arabia, has canceled its Kathmandu-Riyadh-Kathmandu flight.
The company issued a notice, stating that the scheduled flight on November 11 will not take place.
"We are sorry to inform you that we have to cancel our Kathmandu-Riyadh-Kathmandu flight from November 11 due to special reasons and we apologize for any inconvenience and disruption to your travel plans," according to the announcement.
The announcement further states that a complimentary shuttle bus service will be given to the Khalid Fahad Khalid Airport area to assist travelers who have purchased tickets from the company.
According to the company, travelers who do not use this service have the option of receiving a full ticket refund.
We really appreciate your patience and support at this period. Please contact our customer service team for a refund or alternative arrangements," the message stated, "and we apologize for any inconvenience or disturbance to your trip plans." Thank you for your support and cooperation.
