Domestic tourists increased in tourist villages of Lamjung

LUMJUNG, Oct 31:After Dashain, domestic tourist activities in Lamjung's tourism villages started increase. Recently, the number of domestic tourists visiting homestays has increased, increasing activities in the tourist village.

Domestic tourists are increasingly choosing to stay in homestays as the popularity of Dashain and Tihar holidays grows. According to Prem Bahadur Ghale, Chairman of the Ghalegaon Tourism Management Committee, 60-70 visitors visit Ghalegaon each day to celebrate holidays.

As the number of tourists arriving increases, so does the demand for homestay providers. Kaulepani Homestay, Lamjung's greatest tourist location, has seen a surge in tourist arrivals. According to Dev Bahadur Gurung, chairman of the Homestay Management Committee, family and group visitors are now coming on a daily basis.

Domestic tourists have begun to arrive in recent days, which has sparked excitement among homestay owners. Homestay operators are preoccupied with visitor welcoming, cultural events, guest management, and farewells.

Lamjung has recently become a destination for rural tourism. So far, travelers have visited villages such as Sukhi Village Smart Village Ghalegaon, Kaulepani Homestay, Rainaskot Homestay, Khasur in Besisahar, Siurung in Khudi, Harsingdanda in Masryangdi, and Rockgarden in Ghermu.
