Prabhu Capital conducts financial awareness program

KATHMANDU:Prabhu Capital has organized a two-day investment and public awareness training program to be held with World Investor Week-2024.

On October 24, the company held a financial awareness workshop for students, teachers, businessmen, and other professionals at Mithila Technical College, Bishara Chowk, and Monastic College, Bhanu Chowk in Dhanusa.

Durgananda Jha, chief investment officer of Prabhu Capital, was the instructor of the program, which was attended by about 90 students, instructors, businessmen, and other professionals from two colleges.

Participants in the class learned about capital market investment returns and risk management, fundamental and technical analysis, factors to consider before investing in the stock market, available investment tools, and investment diversification.

Topics covered included the use of technology and digital services when investing in training - ASBA, C-ASBA, Meroshare App and IPO, portfolio management, and the benefits and hazards of collective investment funds.
