NAC' narrowbody to operate flight to Kathmandu-Bhairahawa on the day of Fulpati

KATHMANDU, Oct 09:Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) will operate a narrow body aircraft from Kathmandu to Bhairahawa on the day of  Fulpati  on October 10.

On an proposal of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, the NAC is going to conduct this flight.

Earlier, Tourism Minister Badri Pandey had also requested that airlines facilitate passenger flights because the highways going out and back from Kathmandu valley had been demolished by floods and landslides caused by rain.

The NAC issued a statement on Monday stating that on the 24th, Kathmandu-Bhairahawa will fly at 11 a.m. and Bhairawa-Kathmandu at 12:30 p.m.

The fare from Kathmandu to Bhairahawa is Rs. 7,000 rupees, while the fare from Bhairawa to Kathmandu is  Rs.3,890.
