Lumbini Lions Unveil Shakti Gauchan as Consultant Coach

KATHMANDU:Lumbini Lions Club, one of the premier cricket franchises, hosted a special event on Saturday to officially reveal former Nepali cricket star Shakti Gauchan as the team's Consultant Coach for the upcoming season of Nepal Premier League (NPL). The event held at Hilton Kathmandu brought together players, fans, and media members to celebrate the appointment of one of Nepal’s most respected cricketers.

Shakti Gauchan, known for his outstanding contributions to Nepali cricket, brings a wealth of experience to the Lumbini Lions. A former international all-rounder, Gauchan’s career is marked by numerous achievements, including historic performances in ICC World Cricket League matches. His knowledge of the game and his leadership qualities are expected to be invaluable in guiding the Lumbini Lions to new heights in the upcoming season.

Speaking on the appointment, Shakti Gauchan expressed his excitement, "I’m honored to be joining the Lumbini Lions Club as the Consultant Coach.
