Agreement between Global IME and Buddha Air for 8% discount on air tickets

KATHMANDU:Global IME Bank customers and their family members will receive an 8% discount when purchasing Buddha Air tickets. Buddha Air and the bank have a deal in place for the bank to provide its customersdiscounts.

The deal was signed by Rupendra Wagle, the bank's Deputy General Manager and Head of Bagmati Province, and Rupesh Joshi, Buddha Air's Director Marketing Sales.

After the agreement, holders of the bank's debit and credit cards, as well as users of the mobile banking application 'Global Smart Plus', would receive an 8% discount on Buddha Air tickets.

After purchase the ticket from the counter of Buddha Air and paying by scanning the QR code through the bank's Global Smart Plus or the bank's debit and credit card holders or their family members, they will get 8 percent discount.

The bank now offers banking services through 354 branches, 384 ATMs, 255 branchless units, 68 extension and revenue collection counters, and three international representative offices.
