Tourism Minister Pandey : We want to increase tourism's contribution to Nepal's total GDP
KATHMANDU, Sep 29:Badri Prasad Pandey, Minister of Culture, tourism, and Civil Aviation, has stated that he wants to increase the tourism sector's contribution to Nepal's GDP.
In a ceremony held in Kathmandu on Tourism Day, he stated that the private sector should contribute to the tourism sector's GDP.
We intend to broaden our diversified culture and nature. We wish to increase tourism's contribution to our GDP. He stated, "The private sector takes the lead, and our ministry follows."
Minister Pandey stated that the government is ready to implement the necessary policies and regulations. "The winter session will be a law-making session in the history of our Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation," according to him.
Similarly, Minister Pandey stated that there are no exemptions for employees who are unable to work. "If someone cannot work as the head of an organization, then he is not allowed to stay in that organization."
