National Life's "Meet the CEO" program concluded

KATHMANDU:National Life Insurance Company Ltd. has concluded a dinner program titled 'Meet the CEO', which included an interaction with the company's CEO for agents who met the monthly scheme's targets.

The chief executive officer presented the token of love to approximately 30 qualified agents from Madhesh province, in the presence of departmental heads, state heads, and branch heads.

On that occasion, as per the scheme's regulations, the early qualifier winners and agents who received the Certificate of Excellence were specially honoured.

The Chief Executive Officer said that the first Madhesh province honor program had been finished, and that all of the agents chosen for this program had been honored at the state level.

At the ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer presented timely plans while keeping the agents' interests in mind, and stated that the Meet the CEO scheme was introduced, and that more than 300 agents were selected from all over Nepal, only 30 agents selected from Madhesh province and stating that this scheme was very successful congratulated all of the agents who will participate in this program.

The program participants expressed their happiness that they were able to advise the company's CEO in detail about the difficulties, concerns, and parts of the insurance business that needed to be improved.

He suggested that this type of plan be implemented in the future days because it would benefit both the agent and the company by allowing the agent and CEO to engage directly.
