Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking for IPO

KATHMANDU, Sep 25:Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the issuing and selling manager for the public offering of ordinary shares.

Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the manager for the issue and sale of 10,00,000 ordinary shares of Rs 100 each.

The agreement was signed by Lekhnath Pokhrel, the Managing Director and CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant, and Jagannath Gyawali, the Executive Chairman of Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking is a subsidiary of Nepal SBI Bank. Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites is located in Mahanagar Ward No. 16, Thamel. The Ramada Encore Kathmandu Thamel has been open for three years.

 

A four-star hotel with 90 rooms that serve to both domestic and international customers.

The hotel has a technology transfer agreement with Wyndham Hotel Asia Pacific, which operates more than 9,100 hotels worldwide, including 851 under the RAMADA brand.
