Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank declares a 12% dividend

KATHMANDU:Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has declared a 12% dividend of paid-up capital from the profit of the fiscal year 2080/81 to its shareholders. 

The bank announced a 12% dividend, including a 7% bonus and 5% cash for tax purposes.

According to the bank, the proposed dividend was agreed by the board of directors at a meeting held on Friday.

The proposed dividend will be paid to shareholders following approval by the National Bank and passage of the Bank's upcoming 18th Annual General Meeting.
