"Lemon Tree Premier," a five-star hotel, officially opened

KATHMANDU, Sep 17:The first five-star hotel in the Budhanilkantha area, 'Lemon Tree Premier', has officially opened. On Saturday, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli inaugurated the Budhanilkantha Heritage hotel with the famous Indian brand 'Lemon Tree Premier'. This is Lemon Tree Premiere's first entry in Nepal.

The hotel has 102 rooms and covers an area of 12 and a half ropani. There are 57 twin rooms, 33 king rooms, six junior suites, four business suites, and two presidential suites.

Similarly, Day Dining Restaurants, Specialty Restaurants, 3 Meeting Rooms, a Roof Top Restaurant & Bar, a Health Club, 2 Banquet Halls, and a Casino have evolved into a practical and modern structure that serves a substantial commercial purpose.

Babukaji Karki, the hotel's managing director, stated that the hotel's overall cost had reached 2.5 billion. He stated that the hotel, which seeks to complete construction for up to 2 .40 billion, has raised its investment by 100 million as a result of Corona and the economic slowdown.

A casino will also operate in the hotel, which is located five kilometers from Narayan Gopal Chowk. The casino will be open in just a few months. Karki stated that the issue of which company will be allowed to operate is being considered and would be resolved within a few months.

The hotel features a fitness club, a swimming pool, a rooftop garden, a spa, and a yoga and meditation center. The hotel has a separate service lift and a guest lift to serve its customers.

The Kathmandu Valley can be seen from every room in the hotel. Lemon Tree Premier is ideal for anyone looking to get away from the rush and bustle of Kathmandu. In addition, each room has its own space outside. Every room has a terrace to let the sun light directly into the room.

Along with Karki, the hotel's owners are Dr. Rajendra KC, Ambika Paudel, Hariprasad Pathak, Navraj Burlakoti, Deepak Pandey, Janak Bhatt, Dipendra Shrestha, and Jaleshwar Pandey.
