Indonesia's Deputy Minister of Tourism meets CEO of NTB
KATHMANUD, Sep 15:Ni Made Ayu Marthini, Indonesia's Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, met with Mr. Deepak Raj Joshi, CEO of the Nepal Tourism Board (NTB).
According to the NTB, the meeting included discussions about tourism development and cooperation between the two countries.
The NTB stated in a met held on Friday that the pledge to continue forward stressed cooperation in both countries' tourism development efforts.
During the meeting, Deputy Minister Ni Made Ayu Marthini emphasized her fascination for Nepal's art, culture, and beauty, as well as her commitment to promoting tourism in the country.
Nepal is a wonderful country. I am fascinated by the warmth and behavior of the residents here. I see enough potential for tourism in Nepal. "I express my commitment to doing everything possible to promote Nepal's tourism," she stated.
On this occasion, Deepak Raj Joshi, the executive director of the Nepal Tourism Board, stated that Nepal has a friendly connection with Indonesia and that the NTB is always open to such collaboration.
"There was cooperation between Nepal and Indonesia for the promotion of tourism in the past as well, we want that cooperation to continue so that Nepal's tourism can be promoted," according to him.
He stated that B2B may be used to promote tourism in both nations, and both countries can benefit from tourism if there are direct and frequent flights.
On that occasion, H.E. Heru Hartanto Subolo, Ambassador of Indonesia to Nepal and Bangladesh, underlined the necessity for cooperation between the Tourism Board of Indonesia and the Nepal Tourism Board, and expressed his belief that a promotional program could be done to benefit both countries.
