Govt extends support for tourism development: PM Oli

KATHMANDU, Sep 14: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has inaugurated a five-star hotel, Lemon Tree Premier, at Budhanilakantha, Kathmandu today.

The hotel was constructed at the cost of Rs 2.50 billion.

On the occasion, PM Oli expressed the belief that the establishment of modern hotels helps spur tourism development. As Nepal is home to beautiful places including the world's highest peak to peace heritages, the government has given priority to development infrastructures, he reminded.

According to him, the government was at work to deliver public service promptly and conveniently. "Businesspersons should be provided with an atmosphere to carry out ventures without hindrance," PM Oli underlined, adding that technology was created to scrutinize where service recipients' documents are stalled at government offices.

He assured the investors and entrepreneurs, "You don't need to worry, but devote to tourists' service and hospitality. The government continues necessary facilitation."
