Alpha Capital will issue an IPO

KATHMANDU:Alpha Capital Limited plans to issue shares to the general public.

NMB Capital has been appointed as the IPO's sales manager.

Ajay Kumar Shrestha, Managing Director of Alpha Capital Limited, and Dipesh Kumar Vaidya, CEO of NMB Capital Limited, inked the agreement during a program on Wednesday.

Alpha Capital is an investment company. It has made investments in a variety of fields.
