Since the merger plan could not be implemented, the assembly allowed the board of directors to look for another suitable laghubitta and proceed with the merger. Only last week, the organization published a profitable financial statement.
The laghubitta , which has its headquarters in Banepa, Kavre, currently operates 36 branches in 14 districts. The organization's share capital is 10 crore 93 lakhs 75 thousand.
