Butwal's first five-star hotel, Hyatt will be operating before Dashain
KATHMANDU, Aug 29:Saffron, Butwal's first five-star hotel, is reaching its final stages of operation. Saffron CK Pvt Ltd's hotel will be operated under the name of the international chain Hotel Hyatt.
Directors Bhumiraj Paudel stated that the necessary preparations are being made to inaugurate before Dashain.
The hotel's entire cost, including land, is four billion rupees. The hotel contains 107 rooms. In front of the hotel, there is an international exhibition center with a capacity of 10,000 people and the Butwal International Convention Center (BICC), which has a capacity of 3,000.
The hotel will include a restaurant, swimming pool, conference and banquet hall, casino, spa, and other facilities. The hotel's owners are Chunnu prasad Paudel, Kamal Kishore Malpani, Narishwor Paudel, Umashankar Malpani, Bhumiraj Paudel, and Shravan Beriwal.
It has been agreed that Hotel Hyatt will administer the hotel. The hotel is located 24 kilometers from Bhairahawa's international airport.
