Citizens Bank launched Dhangadhi branch and Sudurpaschim State Office are located in own building

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank International has established provincial offices in all seven provinces in the country from its building.

The bank just inaugurated its Sudurpaschim Province office in Dhangadhi sub-metropolis-3.

Previously, the bank established state and cluster offices at Biratnagar in Kosi province, Birganj and Janakpur in Madhes province, Pokhara in Gandaki province, Butwal and Nepalgunj in Lumbini province, and Surkhet in Karnali province.

The bank stated that, in addition to the Sudurpaschim province office, the Dhangadhi branch has begun operations from the well-equipped building.

Currently, the bank's Dhangadhi branch has been relocated to Ward-4, and banking activities have begun.

Ganesh Raj Pokhrel, the bank's CEO, announced that the branch and provincial office would be operating from a new building in the Dhangadhi sub-metropolis.

According to the bank, the program included representatives from local government, industrialists, traders, heads of various organizations, and members of the general public. The bank currently has 10 branches in the Sudurpaschim.

The bank presently serves customers through 197 branches, 162 ATMs, 3 extended counters, and 74 branchless locations.
