Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank achieves ISO 9001:2015 certification

KATHMANDU:Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank is now an internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 certified company. The bank achieved ISO certification on August 16 as a consequence of providing international-level quality services through its quality management system.

The bank has acquired a certificate for development activities, and Mahalaxmi has become Bikas Bank's leading institution for achieving such a certificate.

Only organizations who have built a strong quality management system in accordance with international standards and are capable of providing outstanding service, ensuring customer happiness, and continuously improving their work system are qualified to get this award.

According to the bank, Royal Impact Certification, Amerika conducted a rigorous audit of the bank's policies, rules, procedures, documentation, and overall management system in order to receive the accreditation.

Currently, the bank operates 103 branches.
