Agreement between Kumari Bank and eSewa

KATHMANDU:Kumari Bank and Esewa Limited have signed an agreement to provide a simple lending option to Esewa users via the Esewa mobile app.

According to the deal with Kumari Bank, eSewa will readily give digital loans of up to 2 lakh rupees without collateral to its eSewa agents to help them grow their businesses.

This simple loan service would initially be available only to ESewa salespeople, according to the business. Esewa intends to make this feature available to Esewa mobile app customers soon.
