Chandragiri Hills reports profits increased
KATHMANDU, Aug 22:Chandragiri Hills Limited' profit virtually doubled in the latest fiscal year compared to the prior year.
According to the company's fourth quarter financial statement, profits increased by 99 percent. In the preceding fiscal year 2079/80, the company made a net profit of 112 million rupees. In the previous fiscal year, it made 223.3 million rupees. The company's profit has improved dramatically as a result of higher income and lower financial costs.
The previous fiscal year's operational income was 913.4 million, which increased to 1 billion in the last fiscal year. Similarly, the financial cost was 285 million in the previous fiscal year, but just 231.7 million in the most recent fiscal year.
Along with the profits, the company's earnings per share have doubled. Earnings per share were Rs 7 30 paisa in the previous fiscal year and Rs 14 56 paisa in the most recent fiscal.
The company's net worth per share is 95 rupees and 39 paise. When the market closed on Thrusday, this company's stock price was Rs 1147 per share.
