Air Asia to begin four-day-a-week flights between Kathmandu and Bangkok, with promotional tickets cost Rs. 9,990

KATHMANDU:Malaysia's low-cost budget carrier Air Asia will fly from Kathmandu to Bangkok.

Air Asia, which plans to resume flights from Kathmandu after five years, will fly to Bangkok four days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday). The flight will start on October 2.

Air Asia has set the ticket pricing for the Kathmandu to Bangkok route at Rs 9,990. This price is under promotional offer.  This offer is valid only for travel between October 2, 2024 to March 28, 2025. Tickets should be booked between August 12 to August 25.

Bangkok is one of the most popular 'destinations' for Nepalis, thus the company believes that this offer will be attractive to them.

A normal ticket on this route currently costs around Rs. 24,000.
