Citizens Bank released a financial awareness video

KATHMANDU:Citizens Bank International has released a financial awareness videos with the slogan 'An aware citizen is a safe citizen'.

Ganesh Raj Pokharel, the bank's CEO, released the video at the Strategic Growth and Operational Excellence Conference in Kathmandu.

The bank has released an awareness video at a time when gangs requesting passwords, OTPs, and account information from customers under various pretexts and cheating them by luring them with lottery tickets and other valuables are becoming more common.

The bank hopes that the awareness video would limit such acts while increasing customer awareness.

In a meeting attended by the provincial heads of seven provinces, cluster heads, branch managers of 197 branches, departmental heads, and senior management group, CEO Pokharel stated that all workers' efforts are critical to Citizens becoming a leading bank in the banking sector.
