Agreement between Prabhu Bank, Idea Studio and 3 campuses in Gandaki
KATHMANDU:Prabhu Bank, Idea Studio Nepal, and the three campuses of Gandaki province have inked a tripartite partnership for various kinds of programs aimed at developing student entrepreneurs. On Shrawan 15 and 16, 2081, the three campuses signed a tripartite strategic memorandum of cooperation for different programs.
Ashok Sherchan, Chief Executive Officer of Prabhu Bank, Dr Chiring Lama, Executive Chairman and Founder of Idea Studio Nepal, Dr Ram Prasad Upadhyay, Campus Head of Dhaulagiri Multipurpose Campus, Sridhar Subedi, Campus Head of Myagdi Multipurpose Campus, and Campus Head of Kalika Multipurpose Campus, Associate Professor Biranji Gautam, all signed the agreement.
According to reports, the relationship will serve to foster a creative environment in the field of entrepreneurship among students across all campuses, as well as support aspiring entrepreneurs.
CEO Sherchan stated during the program that Prabhu Bank and Idea Studio Nepal have been working together on various programs for many years, and that this year they will collaborate with three campuses to provide the necessary support for entrepreneurship and innovation development to Gandaki students.
Lama, President of Idea Studio, believes that the organization should promote and encourage research efforts in order to make the educational curriculum more relevant and practical.
Upadhyay, Campus Head of Dhaulagiri Multipurpose Campus, stated that as the tendency of young people migrating overseas grows, educational organizations must provide possibilities to students in the country.
Subedi, the campus head of Myagdi Multipurpose Campus, expressed his opinion that the relationship will boost students' entrepreneurial spirit.
Associate Professor Gautam, campus head of Kalika Multipurpose Campus, stated that he has already partnered with other groups to promote entrepreneurship, and that the latest relationship will stimulate student entrepreneurship.
Idea Studio Nepal will provide required guidance to students studying at the aforementioned campuses as part of the cooperation on entrepreneurship, innovation and incubation, business plan creation, and teacher advancement in the field of research.
