Bhairahawa Garden Resort earned 22 million during four months

BHAIRAHAWA, Aug 12:Bhairahawa Garden Resort, located in Bhairahawa, Rupandehi, earned a revenue of 22 million rupees previous fiscal year.

This resort, which meets the standards of a four-star hotel, has achieved more than 80% financial success by mid-June of the fiscal year 2024.

Nirmal Shrestha, a businessman, opened Bhairahawa's first four-star hotel with 72 rooms. It is expected that this resort, which opened in February 2024, would be completely functioning by mid-August.

In a short period of time, the resort has done well financially. Meanwhile, the resort has been valued at 1 billion 2 million rupees.

The resort has assigned a grade of one billion rupees for long-term loans and two million rupees for short-term loans.
