Shubha Laxmi Unnati Kosh and Laxmi Value Fund II declared a cash dividend

KATHMANDU:The returns of the closed-end fund 'Shubha Laxmi Unnati Kosh' and 'Laxmi Value Fund II', both managed by Laxmi Mutual Fund, will be distributed.

Laxmi Sunrise Bank is the fund's promoter, while Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited serves as the scheme manager and depositor.

According to Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, the audit of both plans for the fiscal year 2080/81 is complete.

The fund manager's Board of Directors met on Shrawan 14 and resolved to offer 7.5 percent return including tax to  Shubha​​​​​​​ Laxmi Unnati Kosh unit holders and 4.5 percent to Laxmi Value Fund II unit holders for the previous year. Both pricing are inclusive of taxes.
